World Music Charts - Biggest selling singles in GK so far

It was about time we reveal the Biggest-selling slingles so far. The data include actual sales from June 2013 to November 2015, due to the fact that actual sales have started to be counted as of 1st June 2013.

Before June 2013, sales were estimated according to the listens only.

The most listened single ever is Send Me An Angel by Real Life, with estimated listens up to 890!!! Converting this number to actual sales, it gives us 8,9 million sales (!!) and to date, Send Me An Anglel remains the biggest selling single ever!!! But, this single was released in 2009 and we're counting the biggest selling singles from 2013 to 2015 now.

First place is taken triumphantly by Fabo Feat. Lostcause with Where I Stand, which has sold 5.265.000 million copies so far and to date is the single that have spent the most weeks on the Official Singles Chart ever!! It remains for an impressive number of 126 weeks on the Singles Chart!! It was released in June 2013 and spent 7 consecutive weeks at the number one hot spot!

Alexander Brown has proven to be one of the best dj's, composers ever, as he has two singles in the top 10!! Mind Distorted feat. The Storm which was released in December 2013 has now spent 100 weeks on the Official GK Singles Chart, while Bo Saris takes the 3rd place with I'm Done and sales of 4.036.000 million!

Smash hit Coastal Love by Honne, takes the 4th place with 3.773.00 million sales. Coastal Love spent 6 consecutive weeks at number one in the summer of 2015, and to date is the biggest selling single of the year so far! Classic single I Heard A Rumour by Bananarama is at number 5 with 3.162.000 million sales. The single was first released in 1998 where it spent 2 weeks at the top back then and this year it was re-released and spent 2 more weeks at the top!
